1. Scope of Services

1.1 Testberichteinstitut LLC provides:

• Premium business profiles
• Optional editorial review submissions
• Official quality seal licensing (if applicable)

1.2 The service does not constitute marketing agency services or guaranteed advertising placement.

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse listings that violate applicable law or our editorial standards.

2. Contract Formation

2.1 A contract is concluded when the Customer completes the online order process and confirms the order by clicking “Order with obligation to pay” or similar wording.

2.2 The Customer receives an electronic confirmation.

2.3 No verbal agreements exist outside these Terms.

3. Pricing & Subscription Model

3.1 The Premium Profile / FAIR BUSINESS package is offered at a price of €29.90 per month (or the amount displayed at checkout).

3.2 The subscription is billed monthly in advance.

3.3 There is no minimum contract term.

3.4 The subscription may be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.5 Upon cancellation, Premium features and licensing rights expire at the end of the paid period.

4. Payment Terms

7.1 If a company qualifies for an official quality seal, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted for the duration of the active subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability
