These Terms and Conditions apply to digital products and downloadable materials purchased from Testberichteinstitut LLC.
1. Educational Use Only

2. No Guarantee of Results
No particular result is promised or guaranteed. Hospitals, physicians, insurers, creditors, debt collectors, or other parties are not required to accept, modify, reduce, cancel, pause, or settle a bill merely because our materials are used.
3. Immediate Digital Delivery
Digital content is made available immediately after successful payment. By placing an order and accepting these Terms, the purchaser expressly requests immediate access to the digital content before the expiration of any applicable statutory withdrawal or cancellation period and acknowledges that, where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal or cancellation may be lost once delivery or downloading begins.
4. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Because our products consist of immediately delivered digital content, purchases are final once access, delivery, or downloading has begun, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This does not limit any mandatory, non-waivable consumer rights, including rights relating to defective, corrupted, or materially misdescribed digital content.

Resale, redistribution, public sharing, sublicensing, or repackaging of the materials as another product is prohibited except where applicable law provides otherwise.
6. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law. Where mandatory local law provides greater protection, that law will prevail.
